[xmlsec] xmlsec-mscrypto bugs and README file

Thanks for reading this! :) I have updated both bugs and README file 
(removed pkcs8
from the list of supported file formats).

BTW, you can get an account on GNOME bugzilla and edit bugs yourself :)
