[xmlsec] Pkcs12 selfsigned cert/priv key for 01-phaos-xmlenc-3 kt tests

As the subject says, with this pkcs12 file I managed to successfully
decrypt at at least the 3des-rsa-kt test. The pkcs12 private key is the
same as in rsa-priv-key.der. However I didn't get the testEnc.sh script
to work with this file successfully, and have no clue why I don't get
that to work.

At least I can send the pkcs 12 file already, if you want to test for
yourselves.

The password for this file is: 'secret'
