[xmlsec] Help install xmlsec on AIX 7.1.5.7

Glad to hear it is working at least in 32 bits.
LibXMLSec requires C99 so I am not sure what problems are you
running into with 64 bit mode. As before, I would recommend to
recompile all libraries (libxml2, libxslt, openssl) in 64 bit
mode as well.
