[xmlsec] XML Security Library - Do Not Use - Private Xmlsec Header File

Good question :) These files contain private xmlsec functions
and declarations that are subject to change at any time thus
your application should not rely on these files.

I should actually move these files away from public distribution
to make it more clear (https://github.com/lsh123/xmlsec/issues/272).
