[xmlsec] Support of RSASSA-PSS

Hi,

Is there any support (already done or plan) of RSASSA-PSS,

 I need to sign some files using this particular algorithm and it seems not
supported yet (I'm using xmlsec1 version 1.2.20 with openssl as crypto
library).
