Sorry for delay -- to much stuff is going on at the day job :)
I've looked at the patch and committed it to the master with one
small tweak: I've added a new configure flag --enable-gost2012 to
explicitly enable this code. This is required for backward
compatibility for people who use "old" GOST now. Otherwise,
it looks really good!
