[xmlsec] Patch Submission

I have written two patchsets that I would like to submit. The first[1] fixes
some minor spelling mistakes in the codebase that I noticed. The second[2] adds
support for some additional algorithms required by the TMSAD[3] standard. Note
that the same algorithms are also in the draft of XMLDSIG 1.1[4]:

- DSA-SHA256
- ECDSA-SHA1
- ECDSA-SHA224
- ECDSA-SHA256
- ECDSA-SHA384
- ECDSA-SHA512

Please let me know if there is anything I should change in the patches to make
them more acceptable for inclusion in XMLSEC. Both branches have been based off
the newest 'master' in the XMLSEC repo.
