[xmlsec] XMLSEC and Mac Os X

Hi Bernardo,
To compile xmlsec in xcode you need to build it as a static library.
Simply add all the source files, include/lib paths to dependencies
(libxml2, openssl, etc.) and that's pretty much it. I don't have
an xcode project I can share but it was really simple to do.
