[xmlsec] XMLSec and OpenSSL 1.0

I've just recompiled against openssl 1.0.0d and it compiled cleanly and
all tests
run successfully. Make sure that you compile OpenSSL in shared mode if
you are
using dynamic loading for OpenSSL module (i.e. if you get linking errors
like
"recompile with -fPIC").
