[xmlsec] parsing xml document deletes html-entities

Hi aleksey,

i'm trying now your lib and want to sign a xml-string with html-entities.
After parsing a file to a doc then the entities would be converted to the real characters. But i don't want, i want to sign the entities.

for example.

for the german umlaut ß like in the word "daß"  i have in the xml-text the string "daß"   after parsing to sign the document it would be "daß".

do you know how i could keep the entities in the document?
