[xmlsec] how to validate the signature which has key Value in the KeyInfo feild

Hi All,
I want to validate the xml signature which has it's keys in KeyValue
field of XML signature. I am attaching the example with this document. I
don't got any function to load my key's from a node of the XML in API
reference guide.
