[xmlsec] Using xmlsec-examples (Win32 applications, based on sign1.c, sign2.c and encrypt1.c etc)

Greetings!
With xmlsec command line utility all works, but in compiled application..

I get the following error log:

I think, the solution is same for all apps, and it is easy, but...(
