[xmlsec] XMLEnc using RSA

All,

I'm hoping for help on the following problem - I am attempting to
encrypt an xml doc which I want to be encrypted either with the
intended recipients public key or a short term AES-128-KW which is
then encrypted with the recipients public key.

If anyone can point me in the right direction for source indicating
the encrypt and decrypt procedure for the above implementation I would
hugely appreciate it!
