[xmlsec] Sign3.c

I used to get this problem when I built the program in VS 2003 but when
I built it in VC++ 6, it worked fine.

No, this example should work out-of-the-box. This means tha
we were not able to find the specified c14n transform. Very
strange...

I'll do windows build today and will check it...
