[xmlsec] Using xmlsec-examples (Win32 applications, based on sign1..c, sign2.c and encrypt1.c etc)

Actually... Could you please dump the template right before
encryption? I.e. add "xmlDocDump(stdout, doc);" call around
line 290 (before xmlSecEncCtxXmlEncrypt call)?
