[xmlsec] Using xmlsec-examples (Win32 applications, based on sign1..c, sign2.c and encrypt1.c etc)

Sorry, "based on" means that i just made BAD_CAST-substitution and compiled encrypt3.c to win32 app.
In addition: i am using latest snapshots of xmlsec, xmllib2, libxslt, iconv etc; opensll 0.9.8 as crypto pluggin; compiling and building on MSVS2005, WinXP.
