[xmlsec] OpenSSL initialization on AIX 5.2 32-bit

Hello,

I am attempting to use xmlsec 1.2.9 on AIX 5.2.  I am seeing the
following error stack when my application starts:

I am at a loss to understand what this failiure is indicating to me.  It
looks like it library is having trouble loading the OpenSSL library, but
I am not sure.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
