[xmlsec] Question about CRL Distribution Points

Hi Juergen,

I'm not sure that you need this functionality in xmlsec.

I general this depend from used crypto library.

For example if you wold like to use openssl you should address openssl users list.
Please don't try to post in openssl developers list.
