For analyze errors of php_xmlsec I must reduce the stderr for cryptolibrary functions and store it to memory.

How I can to redirect errors of  cryptolibrary  from stdout to memory string?

How I can to reduce the stderr for cryptolibrary functions and get for analyze into string?
