[xmlsec] Build errors with xmlsec-openssl.a under SPARC-Solaris

The easiest thing is to try to build shared libraries :) For static
libraries, it seems like Sun's gnu build tools chains does not like
something in xmlsec makefiles. Unfortunately, I don't have access to
Sun at the moment and I can't debug this. However, xmlsec patches are
always welcome :)
