[xmlsec] Re: Encrypting an XML fragment?

I can't seem to find any documentation on xmlSecTypeEncContent (or
xmlSecTypeEncElement for that matter) in the API however. The closest
is the documentation for the xmlSecEncCtx structure where it mentions
the type property as "the Type attribute of <enc:EncryptedData/> or
<enc:EncryptedKey/> node." Maybe a short statement to the differing
behavior based on encCtx->type should be added to the documentation
from xmlSecEncCtxXmlEncrypt? This could prevent similar confusion in
the future.
