[xmlsec] Big patch to xmlsec in recent OpenOffice.org sources

Well, I was under impression that OO.org uses this functionality. And
I am trying to find a way to provide it :) Adding this tokens list
to xmlsec would make it much harder to change the interface later.
I would like to have a generic solution from the beggining.
