[xmlsec] does the xmlsec support soap signature ?

Hi there
	I tried to use xmlsec to sign a soap message based on the soap
signature spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP-dsig/) or a WSS message, but I
got the below failure message

The message template is copied from and changed based on
http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP-dsig/#ex

Will any body please tell me how to make it right? Thanks
