[xmlsec] xmlSecKeysMngrGetKey question

Greetings!

I've a question about xmlSecKeysMngrGetKey.

Shouldn't be better to pass to xmlSecKeysMngrFindKey not NULL as cert
name, but a combination of serial and issuer if present? For example, it
seems to be a good idea to find necessary cert by serial and issuer with
MS Crypto API in this or that system store. Passing NULL we don't search
in it.
