[xmlsec] Read FAQ 3.4 (XPointer) but still cannot seem to get things to work......

Again, the solution is "--id-attr=Id" (if it does not work, write
a DTD, it is simple).

Please get some book on XML and/or XML security. I think you do not
understand how ID attributes work.
