[xmlsec] install problems

Hi all,

I am getting the following error while compiling.

I am using libxml2 version 2.6.16, libxslt version 1.1.12 and openssl
version 0.9.7e.
I am running RH 7.3 with kernel 2.4.18-3.
What could the problem be?
