[xmlsec] Installation Help.

Hi,

when I am compiling xmlsec1.2.6 I am getting the following error.

I am using libxml2-2.4.19-4, libxslt-1.0.15-1 and openssl-0.9.6b-18 on Redhat 7.3 with the Kernel 2.4.20-28.7. Plz help me.
