I never used xmlsec-mscrypto library myself and this is the reason
why I recommend to post to the list. Someone with more direct experience
might be able to answer your question.

However, the general idea (AFAIK) is that you load key in MS Crypto
keys and certificates storage and then reference this key from the
template signature by key name. Obviously you will need to change the
example to do that.
