[xmlsec] Need help installing/building on win32 platform (WinXP)

Hi --
I've recently downloaded the win32 version of the xmlsec library and
related libraries. I ran the config jscript, and then nmake install.
Install runs to a point that it's building the \apps directory, and
gives the error shown below.  It appears there is something missing
related to the libxml2 library (various routines calle in xmlIO.obj).  I
haven't seen a version of libxml2 specifically for win32; is that the
problem?
 
Any pointers to this will be appreciated.  Thanks.
