[xmlsec] problem encrypting / decrypting content of an empty element

Tomas,

I am really sorry but I will not be able to do the release this
week because currently I am not able to checkin my changes to CVS
due to a lock in one of the folders. I am trying to contact the
gnome CVS admins for last 3 days but without luck yet.

I'll do a release as soon as this issue gets resolved.
