[xmlsec] How to apply faq 3.2?

Hello!

I have the problem described in the FAQ section 3.2 and now I want to add the DTD to my XML in code but I don't know how. I realize this is not a XMLSec specific question but it seems to me that a lot of people here have had the same problem and probabely solved it. How is it done?

I can create a DTD using xmlCreateIntSubSet but I don't know what to do from here.
