[xmlsec] Re: openssl dependency

I never tried to use openssl 0.9.5 with xmlsec. What I know is that
some xmlsec functionality is not supported in openssl 0.9.6 (and 0.9.5).

Bottom line: most likely some xmlsec stuff will work but your mileage
may vary.
