[xmlsec] Problem with --with-mozilla-ver configure option

Good catch! Fixed as follows:
    AC_ARG_WITH(mozilla_ver, [  --with-mozilla-ver=[VER]  ....

> Might is typo err: $(datadir) or ${datadir} ?


This seems to be working fine for me thus I think this is correct :)
