[xmlsec] Problem with --with-mozilla-ver configure option

I have switched to pkgconfig and I hope that will solve problems for 
you. But I added
/usr/lib64 for both OpenSSL and NSS. I don't think it can cause any 
problems :)

Daniel, I think you can checkin these configure.in changes in CVS 
yourself (I guess
you have write access to xmlsec CVS). I bet that you know about these 
configuration
files more than I do anyway :)
