[xmlsec] xmlsec-mscrypto code review

I have compiled everything staticaly and DUMPBIN.EXE did not show that
dependecy.
Finaly I have a special enveirnoment and there are OpenSSL libraries in
the search path.
Anyway, it should be pretty simple to find out. I just had a bigger fish
to catch :)
