Right. xmlsec-nss currently supports only DES,AES, SHA1 and HMAC (see 
interop pages
on the web site).

AFAIK, Tej is working on adding more feature to NSS port and you 
probably should ask him.
And if you need it sooner do not forget that I accept contributions :)
