[xmlsec] status of MSCrypto engine?

This probably takes  some time. The cryptoAPI is an 'intresting' thing. 
Next to that, My C knowledge is not that good and a friend is helping out.
(actually learning a bit of C these days :) )
I don't know yet when it will be available.
