[xmlsec] xml encryption runtime error

Dear sir,
When i am trying to execute your XML Encryption example. I am getting following runtime error
in vc++ 6.0 environment

xmlsecencryptedkeynoteread(..\src\keyinfo.c): error16: invalid key origin
invalid key origin:xmlseckeyoriginencryptedkey

Library version details

libxmlsec-0.0.14.win32
libxmlsec-0.1.1.win32

I am unable to correct this error
