[xmlsec] C++ compile errors under Win32

Sick! Copy/paste error. Thanks for report and the fix: applied and 
checked in!
Unfortunately I could not use the cpp_util_2 library "as-is" because it 
has some C++
specific stuff and most of my users (including myself :) ) are C users.
And since there is no demand to make Wacom  or Borlan port why bother
fixing this right now?
