Well, it's a nice way to be wrong, I guess. Can you outline what you did, or
point me in the right general direction in the code? I haven't downloaded
0.1.x yet, because I need stable code, but it might be worth raiding for the
best morsels (assuming they can be liberated from the rest of the creature).

I am wrong. It's already in 0.1.x branch (trunk). But you probably do not
want to use non-stable development code :)
