[xmlsec] How can xmlsec play with smartcard?

There is no ready code to do it right now and I doubt that it would be
possible to do in the current stable 0.0.X branch due to its OpenSSL
and only OpenSSL orientation.
However, there is a new XML Sec 0.1.X (currently under development)
that lets you plugin your own crypto engine. You can start from reading
documentation about the new version:
