The URL in his subject line corresponds to a draft of the signature spec.
It's the same as the namespace declaration for his sample signature. Maybe
this is the root of the whole 3D-Secure problem. Is it possible that the
draft allows more latitude for Reference URIs than the spec? (Section
4.3.3, which describes the Reference element, is certainly quite different
in the two documents.)
Just a thought. I don't have time to chase it down right now.
