Any tips on the way and if it's any limitations doing this using xmlsec
0.0.15 (I'm using libxml2 2.5.10)

ebXML, multi-part mime, soap with attachments...

I think what you want to ask is this:
    How can I add new URL schemes to libxml so that my code
    can be called to handle "cid:xxxxx" URI's in dsig:Reference
    elements.
