[xmlsec] xmlsec-config and crypto option

Hi, John!

It's a nice idea and I thought about that before. But it would also mean 
pretty
serious changes in configure.in script as well. I would like to have it 
but I just
don't have a simple nice solution now :( But since there is a demand 
I'll try one
more time :)
