[xmlsec] expired certificates in the tests suite

Hi, All!

Many of the certificates used in XML Security Library test suite have
expired today and some regeression tests are failing because of this.
I have re-created necessary certificates (with a 10 years expiration 
time :) )
and updated necessary test cases. The new test suites are checked in the CVS
("XMLSEC_0_0_X_BRANCH" for XML Security Library 0.0.14 and
the trunk for 0.1.1) and will be available in the new releases.
