[xmlsec] Verifying a X509 file

In order to verify a file signed with an X509 certificate you need to 
specify
the "trusted" root certificate. Please find any book on public key 
cryptogtaphy
and PKI if you need more information about certificates, etc.
The xmlsec utility has "--trusted" command that lets you do this. There was
several discussions in the mailing list about loading certificates in 
the keys
manager programmaticaly (search for "x509" in the subject).
