[xmlsec] xmlse usage

It's wise to put errors in your question to get me idea about that's 
going on.
But let me guess... it complains that cert could not be verified? No 
surprise,
you did not give the "trusted" (or root) cert. Try to specify "--trusted 
<filename>".
