[xmlsec] openssl license issue

Hello,

XMLSec depends on OpenSSL, whose license(s) has a BSD-style advertising
clause that is not compatible with the GPL. This means that XMLSec
can't be used in GPL'd applications.

There is GnuTLS (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnutls/), which in a recent
version appears to have started an openssl compatibility interface.
GnuTLS is under LGPL. If the implementation becomes usable, perhaps
xmlsec could provide a configuration choice for OpenSSL or GnuTLS.
