[xmlsec] bug in the latest source

Thanks a lot! The bug is corrected and checked in. Please try the
tonight's daily snapshot. BTW, it is strongly recommended to use
OpenSSL 0.9.7 because XMLSec with OpenSSL 0.9.6 has almost
no XML Encryption support.
