I don't think so. Most likely it is a matter of having some
functionality disabled<br>

Seems to build fine on Fedora Core but fails on other build roots
because of the mozilla-nss-devel >= 1.4 requirement. Is there a serious
API change between mozilla-nss 1.2 and 1.4 which prevents building against
an older version ?
